Roslyn Historic

This 1898 farmhouse in Roslyn holds a layered story. It was first built at the edge of a pond and later carefully dismantled and reconstructed in the early 1990s. Our clients approached its renovation with the kind of reverence and intention that makes a house a home. Together, we embraced the home’s past while gently guiding it into the present.

Original windows, millwork, and architectural details were lovingly preserved, while new additions such as classic materials, subtle textures, and traditional patterns were chosen to harmonize with what already existed. The result is a warm, grounded space that feels both timeless and entirely livable. A home that honors its roots while gracefully supporting the pace and patterns of family life today.
